Absolutely. Every pair is hand-inspected and verified for authenticity before listing. We only carry genuine designer footwear.
We use 5 grades: Leftover (brand new, never worn), Premium (like new), Excellent (minimal wear), Very Good (light use), Good (visible wear but solid condition). Check our Condition Guide for full details.
"Leftover" means brand new in box — these are store surplus or deadstock that have never been worn. All other grades are preloved.
We photograph every pair before listing. If you feel the product doesn't match the description, contact us immediately for an exchange.
We offer a 7-day easy exchange policy from the day of delivery. Items must be in the same condition as received.
We offer exchanges, not direct refunds. If the size doesn't fit or the product isn't as expected, we'll help you exchange it.
