We use 5 grades: Leftover (brand new, never worn), Premium (like new), Excellent (minimal wear), Very Good (light use), Good (visible wear but solid condition). Check our Condition Guide for full details.
Some of our preloved shoes are practically brand new and never worn, just without the original box. Yes, we do also deal in brand new shoes. Whenever a new pair is available, you'll see a tab on that product marking it as new.
We photograph every pair before listing. If you feel the product doesn't match the description, contact us immediately for an exchange.
Returns are accepted only if the product arrives damaged or the size doesn't match what was ordered. Eligible returns are processed as an exchange for another available shoe, not a refund.
No, exchanges are only available if the product arrives damaged or the size is wrong. Change of mind isn't covered.
If the issue is our error (wrong size sent, damaged product), we cover the return delivery charge. If it's not our error (e.g. you ordered the wrong size), the return delivery charge is covered by you.
