What Can Be Exchanged?

• Product arrives damaged
• Size doesn't match what was ordered

What Cannot Be Exchanged?

• Change of mind (size, colour preference)
• Items that have been worn, altered, or damaged after receipt

Exchanges Only, Not Refunds

Eligible returns are processed as an exchange for another available shoe from our stock. We don't offer refunds.

Who Covers Return Delivery?

• Our error (wrong size sent, damaged product): Rare Rack covers the return delivery charge.
• Not our error (e.g. you ordered the wrong size): the return delivery charge is covered by the customer.

How to Request an Exchange

1. 1Contact us via WhatsApp (+92 319 0831611) or email as soon as you receive your order.
2. 2Share your order ID and photos/video of the issue.
3. 3We'll confirm eligibility and arrange a pickup.
4. 4Once we receive the item, we'll dispatch the replacement.
